The Regis House
This home is one of the most recent projects we finished. This house did not need a remodel, since its perfect as is, we just renovated the stucco from the outside and gave a refresh coat on the window frames.
Over time cracks tend to show up in houses' walls. In fact it is a very common issue because most materials last within 5 to 10 years max.
This specific property needed a very neat and meticulous job because it is a famous house located in the hills of Sherman Oaks, California.

Renovation
Renaissance team has gained a lot of knowledge on realistic painting using water or oil based paint, clears, sealers and primer that we can make any texture or aspect on any surface.

Back to Old
Our team called this project "Back to Old" because our client wanted their outdoor furniture to look the same, rustic and vintage. We protected the wood with an oil based primer because it was very old and was located outdoors. Then, we applied paint coat with a hybrid based paint to change the exterior paint coats with water based materials because our customer was concerned for the strong smell of oil based paints.
